Deffinitely not a bad first submission =P
My few complaints are fairly minor and can, quite honestly, be ignore, but i'll share anyways to have something to do. First, why Wriggle's theme? Just doesnt seem to match. Second, why did Kaldo get all the hardcore danmaku? :< I mean Marisa's Stardust Reverie is supposed to be a killer spell man. Third, how did Marisa lose to a maple char in danmaku? D= I mean i guess the ending kinda leaves no winner i suppose... but it still makes me :< Fourth... oh right, it's too short! Don't care if you only have 4 moves for each char, just re-use some of the minor ones! Just don't make it TOO long =P
P.S. sorry if my review-ish thing is too long :< I get this way sometimes

"Not bad"

It's deffinitely not bad, like a lot of people said, it has a lot of potential. I will point out a few things that need some fixing.
1) Enemy hp? Knowing how much hp an enemy has is important for strategys.
2) Flee/run away command? it's one of the few absolute basic commands for any rpg, and I was rather dissapointed when there wasn't one.
3) Equip menu. There seems to be a problem trying to select any equip item slots past 1 and 2.
4) Your partner. When you get to her, flat out, she sucks. She may do as much as you with 4-6 levels into range, but she's got just a bit more hp then you when you first start out, she only has enough mp for one Psychic Blast, and her heal is the base heal, 120. So basicly all she's good for for the most part is shielding.
5) Maybe tone down the 2nd boss, where you meet your partner, a bit. I mean come on, he hits 50 -> 12x+ per turn on BOTH characters, WITH shielding.
6) a small glitch. If you have one char shield against an attack that attacks both chars, and he/she dies, and the enemy attacks again, then that char would re-appear, and continue to shield, and then their sprite would be there with some parts missing, generally the shield. should probably fix that =P

All in all, not a bad game. Hope to see more work =P

Good game, and it's got a lot of potential. Just think about giving the player more space to move in and either reduce the knock-back from stuff hitting you, or make the player able to move a bit faster, and maybe turn a lil faster too. As it was, I was getting hit by pairs of stuff at the same time, making it litterally impossible to avoid taking a hit sometimes =X

Used to love Inuyasha, still like it a bit, but that was dead-on accurate and funny as hell =P "My older si- I mean brother Sesshomaru" XD my friend would flip at that =P One thing though, u forgot Koga <=( how could u forget Koga hitting on Kagome and epicly phailing to beat up Inuyasha?? <=( Oh well, funneh all the same =P

Alright, so I watched this when I was still fairly new to newgrounds *at least 3 years ago* and I loved it but never favorited it... so I lost it =( But then I found it again and favoriteded it and uhhh completely forgot about it ._." And just a few days ago I torrented the ragnarok anime, and it happened to have a word document with two links, one of which being this vid =D It's amazing how life can sometimes bring you back to the things you love =P

Btw, this really is a real work of art. Taking the time to find all the sprites and create a video this long and this great... Kudos to you my friend even though u deserve more than just that =P
